Instant Bank Transfer (DIAS) FAQ

1. What is Instant Bank Transfer (DIAS)?

Instant Bank Transfer is an instant payment option available for Greek customers. In most cases, you will need to login to your online banking and authorise the bank transfer or authorise your bank to initiate the transfer. 

2. How do I deposit using Instant Bank Transfer (DIAS)? 

To make a deposit, please follow these steps: 

  1. Once logged in to your account, go to the 'Cashier' tab and select 'Deposit'.
  2. Click on the ‘Instant Bank Transfer’ icon to choose this option
  3. You will then see a payment code and a list of banks available to you to choose from.
  4. Copy the payment code and select the bank you wish to deposit with.
  5. You’ll then be redirected to your banking website/app, where you’ll need to confirm the payment.
  6. Once you’ve completed your payment you’ll be redirected back to our Cashier page to see a success message. 

3. Are there any fees associated with Instant Bank Transfer (DIAS)? 

No, we don’t charge any fees for Instant Bank Transfer transactions.

4. How long does it take for the money to be transferred into my account?

The funds will normally be available in your account instantly but please note that some banks may take more time to process. When the funds aren't credited instantly we will display a message informing you that your bank is still authorising and will take a little longer than normal to credit.

5. What is the minimum and maximum amount I can deposit using Instant Bank Transfer (DIAS)?

The minimum deposit amount is 5 EUR and the maximum deposit amount is 5 000 EUR.

6. Can I make withdrawals using Instant Bank Transfer (DIAS)?

No, Instant Bank Transfer is not available as a Withdrawal option.
